次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、一年以下の拘禁刑若しくは二十万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科する。
A person falling under any of the following items is to be punished with imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine not exceeding 200,000 yen, or is to be subject to the cumulative imposition of imprisonment and a fine:
if a person who is granted a landing permission for cruise ship tourists has fled without returning to the ship by the time of the designated passenger ship departing from the port of entry or departure after they disembarked at the Japanese port of entry or departure at which the designated passenger ship pertaining to the permission made a port of call;
一時庇護のための上陸の許可を受けた者で、第十八条の二第四項の規定に基づき付された条件に違反して逃亡したもの
if a person permitted to land for temporary refuge escapes in violation of the conditions attached pursuant to the provisions of Article 18-2, paragraph (4);
第四十四条の二第一項若しくは第六項又は第五十二条の二第一項若しくは第五項の規定に基づき付された条件に違反して、逃亡し、又は正当な理由がなくて呼出しに応じない者
if a person flees or fails to appear when summoned without legitimate grounds in violation of the conditions attached pursuant to the provisions of Article 44-2, paragraph (1) or (6) or Article 52-2, paragraph (1) or (5);
if a person released pursuant to the provisions of Article 52, paragraph (10) flees or fails to appear when summoned without legitimate grounds in violation of the conditions attached pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph;
if a person fails to perform the act prescribed in Article 52, paragraph (12) in violation of an order pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph;
if a person provisionally released pursuant to the provisions of Article 54, paragraph (2) flees or fails to appear when summoned without legitimate grounds in violation of the conditions attached pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph;
第五十五条の二第一項の規定による命令に違反して本邦から退去しなかつた者
if a person fails to depart from Japan in violation of an order pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-2, paragraph (1);
第五十五条の八十五第一項の規定により出国命令を受けた者で、同条第三項の規定に基づき付された条件に違反して逃亡したもの
if a person who is given a departure order pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-85, paragraph (1) escapes in violation of the conditions attached pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3) of the same Article;
第六十一条の二の四第一項の規定による許可を受けた者で、同条第三項の規定に基づき付された条件に違反して、逃亡し、又は正当な理由がなくて呼出しに応じないもの
if a person who is given permission pursuant to the provisions of Article 61-2-4, paragraph (1) flees or fails to appear without legitimate grounds upon receiving summons in violation of the conditions attached pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3) of the same Article;
第六十一条の二の十第四項又は第六十一条の二の十六の規定に違反して難民認定証明書、難民旅行証明書又は補完的保護対象者認定証明書を返納しなかつた者
if a person fails to return the certificate of refugee status, the refugee travel document or the certificate of recognition as a person eligible for complementary protection in violation of the provisions of Article 61-2-10, paragraph (4), or Article 61-2-16;
第六十一条の二の十五第八項の規定により難民旅行証明書の返納を命ぜられた者で、同項の規定により付された期限内にこれを返納しなかつたもの
if a person who is ordered to return the refugee travel document pursuant to the provisions of Article 61-2-15, paragraph (8) fails to return it within the period specified pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph; or
第六十三条の二第一項の規定に基づき付された条件に違反して、逃亡し、又は正当な理由がなくて呼出しに応じない者
if a person flees or fails to appear without legitimate grounds upon receiving summons in violation of the conditions attached pursuant to the provisions of Article 63-2, paragraph (1).
