外国人は、第九条の二第一項若しくは第八項の規定により特定登録者カードの交付を受け、第十九条の二第一項の規定により就労資格証明書の交付を受け、又は第十九条の十三第一項後段の規定による申請に基づき同条第四項において準用する第十九条の十第二項の規定により在留カードの交付を受けるときは、実費を勘案して別に政令で定める額の手数料を納付しなければならない。
A foreign national who is issued a registered user card pursuant to the provisions of Article 9-2, paragraph (1) or (8), or a certificate of authorization for employment pursuant to the provisions of Article 19-2, paragraph (1) or a residence card pursuant to the provisions of Article 19-10, paragraph (2) as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 19-13, paragraph (4) based on the application pursuant to the provisions of the second sentence of paragraph (1) of the same Article must pay a fee in an amount separately provided by Cabinet Order in consideration of actual expenses.
