第十一条（施行前の準備）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Preparations before Enforcement
The procedures for the registration under the provisions of Article 33, paragraph (1) of the New Food Sanitation Act, the approval of the amount of fees under the provisions of Article 25, paragraph (2) and Article 26, paragraph (6) of the New Food Sanitation Act, the approval of operational rules under the provisions of Article 37, paragraph (1) of the New Food Sanitation Act, the registration under the provisions of Article 48, paragraph (6), items (iii) and (iv) of the New Food Sanitation Act, and the registration under the provisions of Article 12, paragraph (5), items (iii) and (iv) of the Poultry Slaughtering Business Control and Poultry Meat Inspection Act after amendment by the provisions of Article 8 may be carried out even before the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions.
新食品衛生法第三十三条第一項の規定による登録、新食品衛生法第二十五条第二項及び第二十六条第六項の規定による手数料の額の認可並びに新食品衛生法第三十七条第一項の規定による業務規程の認可並びに新食品衛生法第四十八条第六項第三号及び第四号の規定による登録並びに第八条の規定による改正後の食鳥処理の事業の規制及び食鳥検査に関する法律第十二条第五項第三号及び第四号の規定による登録の手続は、附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日前においても行うことができる。

登録検査機関は、製品検査の業務に関する規程（以下「業務規程」という。）を定め、製品検査の業務の開始前に、厚生労働大臣の認可を受けなければならない。これを変更しようとするときも、同様とする。
