Supplementary Provisions
第一条
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1
This Act comes into effect as of January 1, 1948.
この法律は、昭和二十三年一月一日から施行する。

Supplementary Provisions, Article 2
The following laws and regulations are repealed:
次に掲げる法令は、廃止する。
Act on Control of Foods and Drinks and Other Articles (Act No. 15 of 1900);

第三条
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3
A person who, at the time this Act comes into effect, has obtained approval of business under the provisions of an order based on the Act on Control of Foods and Drinks and Other Articles prior to its repeal under the provisions of the preceding Article and is actually operating that business is deemed, in the case where that business is a business requiring approval under the provisions of Article 52, paragraph (1), to be a person who has obtained approval under the provisions of that paragraph.
The provisions of Article 52, paragraph (3) apply mutatis mutandis to the approval under the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
第五十二条第三項の規定は、前項の規定による許可について準用する。

業として、食品若しくは添加物を採取し、製造し、輸入し、加工し、調理し、貯蔵し、運搬し、若しくは販売すること又は器具若しくは容器包装を製造し、輸入し、若しくは販売すること
