When a registered conformity assessment body falls under any of the following items, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may revoke the registration of the registered conformity assessment body, or order the suspension of the operation of product inspections in whole or in part, by specifying a period:
when a registered conformity assessment body has violated the provisions of this Chapter;
この章の規定に違反したとき。
when a registered conformity assessment body has come to fall under Article 32, item (i) or (iii);
when a registered conformity assessment body has conducted product inspections without following the operational rules that obtained the approval referred to in Article 37, paragraph (1);
when a registered conformity assessment body has violated an order under the provisions of Article 37, paragraph (3) or the preceding two Articles;
when a registered conformity assessment body has rejected a request under the provisions of each item of Article 39, paragraph (2) without legitimate grounds; or
正当な理由がないのに第三十九条第二項各号の規定による請求を拒んだとき。
when a registered conformity assessment body has obtained registration referred to in Article 33, paragraph (1) by wrongful means.
不正の手段により第三十三条第一項の登録を受けたとき。

第三十三条第一項の規定により厚生労働大臣の登録を受けた法人
わかりやすく言うと
設備、検査を行う人、検査の信頼性を確保する措置などの要件を満たし、厚生労働大臣の登録を受けた法人のことです（第三十三条第一項）。製品検査や、委託を受けた食品などの試験を行います。
略称規定第二十九条第一項
国及び都道府県は、第二十五条第一項又は第二十六条第一項から第三項までの検査（以下「製品検査」という。）及び前条第一項の規定により収去した食品、添加物、器具又は容器包装の試験に関する事務を行わせるために、必要な検査施設を設けなければならない。
わかりやすく言うと
規格が定められたもののうち政令で定める食品、添加物、器具又は容器包装が販売などの前に受けなければならない検査（第二十五条第一項）と、食品衛生上の危害を防ぐため都道府県知事又は厚生労働大臣が受けるよう命じた検査（第二十六条第一項から第三項まで）のことです。
