第五条
Article 90, paragraph (1), item (vii), Article 104-2-3, and Article 106-2, paragraph (2) of the New Act do not apply to a person notified as under Article 102, paragraph (3) or Article 107-4, paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act prior to the effective date.
施行日前に道路交通法第百二条第三項又は第百七条の四第一項の規定による通知を受けた者については、新法第九十条第一項第七号、第百四条の二の三及び第百六条の二第二項の規定は、適用しない。
