第四条の四の二（法第二十条の二第四項の政令で定める法令の規定等）
The provisions of laws and regulations specified by Cabinet Order as prescribed in Article 20-2, paragraph (4) of the Act are as follows:
法第二十条の二第四項に規定する政令で定める法令の規定は、次のとおりとする。

Where the provisions of Article 20-2, paragraph (4) of the Act are applied to the provisions of laws and regulations listed in item (iv) of the preceding paragraph, the phrase "is suspended" in Article 20-2, paragraph (4) of the Act is deemed to be replaced with "was suspended", and the phrase "not to have had its payment suspended" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "to have been received".
前項第四号に掲げる法令の規定について、法第二十条の二第四項の規定を適用する場合においては、同項中「停止されている」とあるのは「停止されていた」と、「停止されていない」とあるのは「受けていた」とする。
