附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日から施行する。
With regard to the punishment of acts committed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為の処罰については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the denial, withholding, revocation or suspension of a license prescribed in Article 84, paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act, or the prohibition of driving a motor vehicle or motorized bicycle prescribed in that paragraph, on the grounds of acts committed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為を理由とする道路交通法第八十四条第一項に規定する免許の拒否、保留、取消し若しくは効力の停止又は同項に規定する自動車等の運転の禁止については、なお従前の例による。
