Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures for Ordering Persons to Undergo Specified Small Motorized Bicycle Rider Training
第四条（特定小型原動機付自転車運転者講習の受講命令に関する経過措置）
Article 108-3-5, paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act after its amendment by Article 3 applies to a person who has repeatedly engaged in the dangerous conduct on a specified small motorized bicycle prescribed in that paragraph in connection with driving a specified small motorized bicycle on or after the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in item (iii) of Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions.
第三条の規定による改正後の道路交通法第百八条の三の五第一項の規定は、附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後に特定小型原動機付自転車の運転に関し同項に規定する特定小型原動機付自転車危険行為を反復してした者について適用する。
