第二条（運転免許の拒否等に関する経過措置）
Prior laws continue to govern denying, withholding, revoking, or suspending a person's driver's license or prohibiting a person from driving a motor vehicle or motorized bicycle based on conduct in which the person has engaged before the amending provisions set forth in item (i) of the preceding Article come into force.
