第六条
Notwithstanding Article 103-2, paragraph (1) of the New Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 107-5, paragraph (9) of the New Act), prior laws continue to govern the chief of a police station's suspension of a licensee's license (including a chief's prohibiting a person from driving a motor vehicle or motorized bicycle) (including a person with an International Driving Permit or foreign driver's license) in connection with conduct that the licensee engages in before the effective date.
施行日前にした行為に係る免許を受けた者（国際運転免許証又は外国運転免許証を所持する者を含む。）に対する警察署長による免許の効力の停止（自動車等の運転の禁止を含む。）については、新法第百三条の二第一項（新法第百七条の五第九項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
