附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the portion pertaining to Chapter VII of the provision amending the table of contents of the Road Traffic Act, the provision making Article 108-14 of the Road Traffic Act into Article 108-27, the provision making Article 108-13 of the Road Traffic Act into Article 108-26, the provision adding one Chapter after Chapter VI-2 of the Road Traffic Act, and the provision amending Article 117-3, item (iii) of the Road Traffic Act come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、目次の改正規定中第七章に係る部分、第百八条の十四を第百八条の二十七とする改正規定、第百八条の十三を第百八条の二十六とする改正規定、第六章の二の次に一章を加える改正規定及び第百十七条の三第三号の改正規定は、公布の日から施行する。
Notwithstanding Article 90-2 of the Road Traffic Act after its amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act"), prior laws continue to govern persons who have passed a driver's license test for motorcycles as of time this Act comes into force.
A designated driving school that is subject to a designation under Article 98, paragraph (1) of the pre-amendment Road Traffic Act at the time this Act comes into force is deemed to have made a filing as under Article 98, paragraph (2) of the New Act, and to be a designated driving school subject to a designation under paragraph (1) of Article 99 the New Act.
この法律の施行の際現に改正前の道路交通法第九十八条第一項の規定による指定を受けている指定自動車教習所は、新法第九十八条第二項の規定による届出をし、かつ、新法第九十九条第一項の規定による指定を受けた指定自動車教習所とみなす。
Paragraph (1), item (ii) of Article 97-2 of the New Act apply to persons whose licenses have ceased to be valid pursuant to Article 105 of the Road Traffic Act after the date on which this Act comes into force, and prior laws continue to govern other persons.
新法第九十七条の二第一項第二号の規定は、この法律の施行の日以後に道路交通法第百五条の規定によりその免許が効力を失った者について適用し、その他の者については、なお従前の例による。
