Supplementary Provisions, Article 21Hearings of Opinions by Local Finance Councils
第二十一条（地方財政審議会の意見の聴取）
The Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications must hear the opinions of the Local Finance Council:
総務大臣は、次に掲げる場合には、地方財政審議会の意見を聴かなければならない。
before establishing, amending, or repealing the Cabinet Order referred to in Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions; and
附則第十七条の政令の制定又は改廃の立案をしようとするとき。
