第十四条の十一の三（特定受給者の老齢基礎年金等の支給停止等）
A specified recipient who, on or after the day following the specified premium payment deadline (meaning the specified premium payment deadline prescribed in Article 9-4-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act), falls under any of the persons listed in the following items is, for the purpose of applying the provisions of the laws and regulations prescribed in Article 14-11, deemed to be the person provided for in each item during the period in which the specified recipient so falls under it. In this case, in calculating the amount of an old-age basic pension or old-age benefits, etc. under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act paid to a specified recipient listed in item (i), the premium-paid periods and premium exemption periods that that specified recipient has are not to be included in the basis of calculation.
特定受給者であつて、特定保険料納付期限日（法附則第九条の四の三第一項に規定する特定保険料納付期限日をいう。）の翌日以後に次の各号に掲げる者に該当するものは、第十四条の十一に規定する法令の規定の適用については、その該当する間、当該各号に定める者とみなす。この場合において、第一号に掲げる特定受給者に支給する老齢基礎年金又は厚生年金保険法に基づく老齢給付等の額については、当該特定受給者の有する保険料納付済期間及び保険料免除期間は、計算の基礎としない。
A specified recipient for whom the period obtained by combining premium-paid periods, premium exemption periods, and credited periods (meaning the credited periods prescribed in Article 9, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act) is less than 10 years: a person for whom the period obtained by combining premium-paid periods and premium exemption periods is 10 years or more;
A specified recipient (excluding a person falling under the preceding item) who has neither a premium-paid period (excluding that prescribed in Article 8, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act; the same applies hereinafter in this item) nor a premium exemption period (excluding one relating to premiums that have been made not required to be paid under Article 90-3, paragraph (1) of the Act; the same applies hereinafter in this item): a person who has a premium-paid period or a premium exemption period.

Payment of an old-age basic pension or old-age benefits, etc. under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act to a specified recipient who falls under any of the persons listed in the items of the preceding paragraph is suspended for the period during which the recipient so falls under it.
In applying the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, the provisions of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis.
