Article 11-3Persons Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 94-3, Paragraph (2) of the Act
第十一条の三（法第九十四条の三第二項の政令で定める者）
The persons specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 94-3, paragraph (2) of the Act are, in the case of category 1 insured persons, persons who have a premium-paid period, a one-quarter premium exemption period, a half premium exemption period, or a three-quarter premium exemption period; in the case of category 2 insured persons, persons who are 20 years of age or more and less than 60 years of age; and in the case of category 3 insured persons, all persons.
法第九十四条の三第二項に規定する政令で定める者は、第一号被保険者にあつては保険料納付済期間、保険料四分の一免除期間、保険料半額免除期間又は保険料四分の三免除期間を有する者、第二号被保険者にあつては二十歳以上六十歳未満の者、第三号被保険者にあつてはすべての者とする。
