第九十条
A person who has been ordered to be dismissed pursuant to the provisions of Article 79-37, paragraph (5) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act is deemed, on the day of receiving that disposition, to have been ordered to be dismissed pursuant to the provisions of Article 79-37, paragraph (5) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
旧証券取引法第七十九条の三十七第五項の規定により解任を命ぜられた者は、その処分を受けた日において、新金融商品取引法第七十九条の三十七第五項の規定により解任を命ぜられたものとみなす。
