第八十一条
The types and issues of former securities that, at the time of the enforcement of this Act, are registered in the over-the-counter traded securities register pursuant to the provisions of Article 75, paragraph (1) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act are deemed to have been registered in the over-the-counter traded securities register on the effective date pursuant to the provisions of Article 67-11, paragraph (1) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. In this case, the provisions of Article 67-13 of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act do not apply.
この法律の施行の際現に旧証券取引法第七十五条第一項の規定により店頭売買有価証券登録原簿に登録されている旧有価証券の種類及び銘柄は、施行日において新金融商品取引法第六十七条の十一第一項の規定により店頭売買有価証券登録原簿に登録されたものとみなす。この場合において、新金融商品取引法第六十七条の十三の規定は、適用しない。
The over-the-counter traded securities register under the provisions of Article 75, paragraph (1) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act that exists at the time of the enforcement of this Act is deemed to be the over-the-counter traded securities register under the provisions of Article 67-11, paragraph (1) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
