Supplementary Provisions, Article 23
第二十三条
A condition imposed on a deemed registered type-I financial instruments business operator pursuant to the provisions of Article 29-2, paragraph (1) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act is deemed to have been imposed on the effective date pursuant to the provisions of Article 30-2, paragraph (1) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. In this case, the provisions of Article 57, paragraph (3) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act do not apply.
旧証券取引法第二十九条の二第一項の規定によりみなし登録第一種業者に付された条件は、施行日において新金融商品取引法第三十条の二第一項の規定により付されたものとみなす。この場合において、新金融商品取引法第五十七条第三項の規定は、適用しない。
