Supplementary Provisions, Article 152
第百五十二条
The provisions of Article 47-3 of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act apply to the explanatory documents prescribed in that Article for a business year ending on or after the effective date, and with regard to business years that ended before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
