Supplementary Provisions, Article 132
第百三十二条
The provisions of Article 155-5 of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act apply to the business report prescribed in that Article for the period prescribed in that Article that ends on or after the effective date, and with regard to the business report prescribed in Article 155-5 of the Former Securities and Exchange Act for the period prescribed in Article 155-5 of the Former Securities and Exchange Act that ended before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新金融商品取引法第百五十五条の五の規定は、施行日以降に終了する同条の期間に係る同条の業務報告書について適用し、施行日前に終了した旧証券取引法第百五十五条の五の期間に係る同条の業務報告書については、なお従前の例による。
