第八十二条（金融制度及び証券取引制度の改革のための関係法律の整備等に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
A condition attached to the license under Article 28, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act pursuant to Article 19, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Preparation of Related Acts for Reform of Finance System and Security Exchange System prior to amendment by Article 4 (referred to as the "Former Financial System Reform Act" in the following Article) is deemed, on the effective date, to have been attached to the registration under Article 28 of the New Securities and Exchange Act pursuant to Article 19, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Preparation of Related Acts for Reform of Finance System and Security Exchange System as amended by Article 4 (referred to as the "New Financial System Reform Act" in the following Article).
第四条の規定による改正前の金融制度及び証券取引制度の改革のための関係法律の整備等に関する法律（次条において「旧制度改革法」という。）附則第十九条第一項又は第二項の規定により旧証券取引法第二十八条第二項第二号の免許に付した条件は、施行日において第四条の規定による改正後の金融制度及び証券取引制度の改革のための関係法律の整備等に関する法律（次条において「新制度改革法」という。）附則第十九条第一項又は第二項の規定により新証券取引法第二十八条の登録に付したものとみなす。
