第十八条
A confirmation referred to in the proviso to Article 50-3, paragraph (3) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act that was given before the effective date is deemed to be a confirmation referred to in the proviso to Article 42-2, paragraph (3) of the New Securities and Exchange Act.
施行日前にされた旧証券取引法第五十条の三第三項ただし書の確認は、新証券取引法第四十二条の二第三項ただし書の確認とみなす。
