第五条
With regard to a person who, at the time this Act comes into effect, is actually using a name similar to that of a securities dealers association, the provisions of Article 67, paragraph (3) of the New Securities and Exchange Act do not apply for six months after this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行の際現に証券業協会に類似する名称を用いている者については、新証券取引法第六十七条第三項の規定は、この法律の施行後六月間は、適用しない。
