Article 194-2Application of This Act to Transactions on a Foreign Financial Instruments Market
第百九十四条の二（外国金融商品市場における取引に対する本法の適用）
The technical replacement of terms when the provisions of this Act are applicable to a purchase and sale of securities or intermediation, brokerage, or agency for the entrustment of foreign market derivatives transactions conducted on a foreign financial instruments market, and necessary particulars otherwise relevant to the application of the provisions of this Act to the relevant transactions conducted on a foreign financial instruments market are specified by Cabinet Order.
外国金融商品市場において行われる有価証券の売買又は外国市場デリバティブ取引の委託の媒介、取次ぎ又は代理に対しこの法律の規定を適用する場合における技術的読替えその他外国金融商品市場において行われるこれらの取引に対するこの法律の規定の適用に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。

Securities as this Act defines them: the instruments listed in Article 2, paragraph (1), among them national government and local government bonds, corporate bonds, share certificates and share option certificates, preferred equity investment certificates, beneficiary certificates of investment trusts and other trusts, investment securities, certain promissory notes, mortgage securities, option certificates and depositary receipts, foreign instruments of the same nature, and other instruments a Cabinet Order (政令) specifies.

A market located in a foreign state that is similar to a financial instruments exchange market (取引所金融商品市場).

「外国市場デリバティブ取引」
A transaction on a foreign financial instruments market (外国金融商品市場) that is similar to a market derivatives transaction (市場デリバティブ取引), other than one on the commodities listed in Article 2, paragraph (24), item (iii)-3 or on financial indicators limited to their prices and figures calculated from them.
