Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 3 years from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
The provision of paragraph (1) of Article 27-2 of the Penal Code as amended by Article 1 also applies to acts committed before this Act comes into effect.
第一条の規定による改正後の刑法第二十七条の二第一項の規定は、この法律の施行前にした行為についても、適用する。
