Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which the First Additional Protocol enters into force for Japan; provided, however, that the provision of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions comes into effect as of the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、第一追加議定書が日本国について効力を生ずる日から施行する。ただし、附則第三条の規定は、公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日から施行する。
