附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日から施行する。
The provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 3 of the Act on Temporary Measures concerning Fine and Others (Act No. 251 of 1948) are to apply also to the fine prescribed for the crime under Article 262-2 of the Penal Code as amended by this Act.
罰金等臨時措置法（昭和二十三年法律第二百五十一号）第三条第一項の規定は、この法律による改正後の刑法第二百六十二条ノ二の罪につき定めた罰金についても、適用されるものとする。
