Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 14Transitional Measures Concerning Application of Penal Provisions and Other Matters
第十四条（罰則の適用等に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 15
第十五条
The crime under paragraph (2) of Article 211 of the Penal Code prior to the amendment by Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions, which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the preceding Article, is deemed to be a crime listed in item (iv) of paragraph (1) of Article 316-33 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as amended by Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions with regard to the application of that paragraph, and a crime listed in item (iii) of paragraph (1) of Article 22-4 of the Juveniles Act as amended by Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions with regard to the application of that paragraph.
前条の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる附則第二条の規定による改正前の刑法第二百十一条第二項の罪は、附則第三条の規定による改正後の刑事訴訟法第三百十六条の三十三第一項の規定の適用については同項第四号に掲げる罪と、附則第四条の規定による改正後の少年法第二十二条の四第一項の規定の適用については同項第三号に掲げる罪とみなす。
