Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Adjustment Provisions
第二条（調整規定）
If the date on which this Act comes into effect precedes the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Penal Code, etc. to Respond to the Internationalization and Organization of Crime and the Advancement of Data-Processing comes into effect, the phrase "item (xii) of Article 3" in the provisions amending item (xii) of Article 3 and item (v) of Article 3-2 of the Penal Code in Article 1 is deemed to be replaced with "item (xi) of Article 3", and the phrase "item (viii) of paragraph (1) of Article 3" in the provision amending item (viii) of paragraph (1) of Article 3 of the Organized Crime Punishment Act in Article 4 is deemed to be replaced with "item (iv) of paragraph (1) of Article 3".
この法律の施行の日が犯罪の国際化及び組織化並びに情報処理の高度化に対処するための刑法等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日前である場合には、第一条のうち刑法第三条第十二号及び第三条の二第五号の改正規定中「第三条第十二号」とあるのは「第三条第十一号」とし、第四条のうち組織的犯罪処罰法第三条第一項第八号の改正規定中「第三条第一項第八号」とあるのは「第三条第一項第四号」とする。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 10Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
第十条（罰則に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
