第三条（経過措置）
With regard to the punishment of acts committed before this Act comes into effect that constitute the crime under Article 240 of the Penal Code prior to the amendment by Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Act"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした第一条の規定による改正前の刑法（以下「旧法」という。）第二百四十条の罪に当たる行為の処罰については、なお従前の例による。
