If a registered individual credit purchase intermediary falls under one of the following items, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry must delete the registration of the registered individual credit purchase intermediary from the individual credit purchase intermediary register:
経済産業大臣は、次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、個別信用購入あつせん業者登録簿につき、その登録個別信用購入あつせん業者に関する登録を消除しなければならない。
the registration loses validity pursuant to the provisions of Article 35-3-27, paragraph (1);
第三十五条の三の二十七第一項の規定により登録が効力を失つたとき。
the registration is rescinded pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) or paragraph (2) of the preceding Article; or
a notification under the provisions of Article 26, paragraph (1) as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 35-3-35 is filed, or the intermediary is discovered to have discontinued operations in the intermediation of individual credit purchases.
第三十五条の三の三十五において準用する第二十六条第一項の規定による届出があつたときその他個別信用購入あつせんの営業を廃止したことが判明したとき。
The provisions of paragraph (5) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis if a registration is deleted pursuant to the provisions of item (i) or item (iii) of the preceding paragraph.
定義第二条第四項・法令全体に適用
カード等を利用することなく、特定の販売業者が行う購入者への商品若しくは指定権利の販売又は特定の役務提供事業者が行う役務の提供を受ける者への役務の提供を条件として、当該商品若しくは当該指定権利の代金又は当該役務の対価の全部又は一部に相当する金額の当該販売業者又は当該役務提供事業者への交付（当該販売業者又は当該役務提供事業者以外の者を通じた当該販売業者又は当該役務提供事業者への交付を含む。）をするとともに、当該購入者又は当該役務の提供を受ける者からあらかじめ定められた時期までに当該金額を受領すること（当該購入者又は当該役務の提供を受ける者が当該販売業者から商品若しくは指定権利を購入する契約を締結し、又は当該役務提供事業者から役務の提供を受ける契約を締結した時から二月を超えない範囲内においてあらかじめ定められた時期までに受領することを除く。）
わかりやすく言うと
カード等を使わずに、特定の販売業者が売る商品や指定権利、特定の役務提供事業者が提供するサービスについて、業者が代金の全部または一部に相当する額を販売業者などに渡し、後で決められた時期までに購入者などから受け取ることです。契約から二か月以内に受け取るものは除きます。

個別信用購入あつせんは、経済産業省に備える個別信用購入あつせん業者登録簿に登録を受けた法人（以下「登録個別信用購入あつせん業者」という。）でなければ、業として営んではならない。
わかりやすく言うと
経済産業省の個別信用購入あつせん業者登録簿に登録を受けた法人のことです。個別信用購入あつせんを業として営めるのはこの法人だけですが、特別の法律に基づく組合や労働組合など、第三十五条の三の六十第二項第四号の団体は除かれます。
