When any of the following items applies, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry must delete the registration of a business that has a contract for handling credit card numbers with respect to a business that has a contract for handling credit card numbers register:
経済産業大臣は、次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、クレジットカード番号等取扱契約締結事業者登録簿につき、そのクレジットカード番号等取扱契約締結事業者に関する登録を消除しなければならない。
when the registration is rescinded pursuant to the provisions of paragraphs (1) or (2) of the preceding Article;
when a notification under the provisions of Article 35-17-14 is filed, or when it is discovered that the business that has a contract for handling credit card numbers has been discontinued.
第三十五条の十七の十四の規定による届出があつたときその他クレジットカード番号等取扱契約の締結に係る業務を廃止したことが判明したとき。
The provisions of paragraph (3) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis when a registration is deleted under the provisions of item (ii) of the preceding paragraph.

クレジットカード等購入あつせんで商品などを売ろうとする販売業者や役務提供事業者に、クレジットカード等購入あつせん業者が利用者に付与するクレジットカード番号等を取り扱うことを認める契約で、その業者自身か、特定の業者のために他の者が結ぶものです（第三十五条の十七の二）。
