Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Review
In the case where five years have elapsed after the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, the Government is to consider the state of enforcement of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act" in this Article), and when it finds it necessary, is to review the provisions of the New Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act and take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行後五年を経過した場合において、第二条の規定による改正後の外国為替及び外国貿易法（以下この条において「新外為法」という。）の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、新外為法の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
