第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

附則第四条の規定 この法律の公布の日又は安定的かつ効率的な資金決済制度の構築を図るための資金決済に関する法律等の一部を改正する法律（令和四年法律第六十一号。次号及び同条において「資金決済法等一部改正法」という。）の公布の日のいずれか遅い日
