第二条（経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
If a transaction for which permission was obtained under the provisions of Article 25 of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act prior to its amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Act") or under the provisions of an order based on that Article falls under one requiring permission under the provisions of Article 25 of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act after its amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act") or under the provisions of an order based on that Article, that transaction is deemed to be one for which permission has been obtained under the corresponding provisions of that Article or the corresponding provisions of an order based on that Article.
If a transaction pertaining to an application for permission under the provisions of Article 25 of the Former Act or under the provisions of an order based on that Article, which has actually been filed as of the time this Act comes into effect, falls under one requiring permission under the provisions of Article 25 of the New Act or under the provisions of an order based on that Article, the provisions of the New Act apply to that application, deeming it to be an application for permission filed under the corresponding provisions of that Article or the corresponding provisions of an order based on that Article.
