第五条
With regard to the display of the inspection mark for a motor vehicle that, as a result of a disassembly maintenance inspection under the provisions of Article 64 of the Former Act received before this Act comes into effect, could not receive the return of its motor vehicle inspection certificate, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 66, paragraph (5) of the New Act.
この法律の施行前に受けた旧法第六十四条の規定による分解整備検査の結果、自動車検査証の返付を受けることができなかった自動車についての検査標章の表示については、新法第六十六条第五項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
