Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures
第九条（経過措置）
Before the enforcement of this Act, a disposition, procedure or other act done under the provisions of the Road Transportation Act, the Road Transport Vehicle Act, the Act on Special Provisions, etc. of the Road Transport Vehicle Act Accompanying Implementation of the Convention on Road Traffic, the Act on Special Measures concerning Prevention, etc. of Traffic Accidents Caused by Large-Sized Automobiles Carrying Earth, Sand, etc., the Act on Temporary Measures for Optimization of Taxi Business or the Motor Vehicle Tonnage Tax Act, as they stood before amendment by this Act, or orders based on these Acts, is deemed to be a disposition, procedure or other act done under the corresponding provisions of the Road Transportation Act, the Road Transport Vehicle Act, the Act on Special Provisions, etc. of the Road Transport Vehicle Act Accompanying Implementation of the Convention on Road Traffic, the Act on Special Measures concerning Prevention, etc. of Traffic Accidents Caused by Large-Sized Automobiles Carrying Earth, Sand, etc., the Act on Temporary Measures for Optimization of Taxi Business or the Motor Vehicle Tonnage Tax Act, as amended by this Act, or orders based on these Acts.
この法律の施行前に、この法律による改正前の道路運送法、道路運送車両法、道路交通に関する条約の実施に伴う道路運送車両法の特例等に関する法律、土砂等を運搬する大型自動車による交通事故の防止等に関する特別措置法、タクシー業務適正化臨時措置法若しくは自動車重量税法又はこれらの法律に基づく命令の規定によりした処分、手続その他の行為は、この法律による改正後の道路運送法、道路運送車両法、道路交通に関する条約の実施に伴う道路運送車両法の特例等に関する法律、土砂等を運搬する大型自動車による交通事故の防止等に関する特別措置法、タクシー業務適正化臨時措置法若しくは自動車重量税法又はこれらの法律に基づく命令の相当規定によりした処分、手続その他の行為とみなす。
