附 則
The effective date of this Act is to be specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation.
この法律の施行期日は、公布の日から起算して六箇月をこえない範囲内において、政令で定める。
With regard to construction machinery for which registration of ownership has been made under the Road Transport Vehicle Act at the time this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern while that registration exists.
この法律の施行の際現に道路運送車両法により所有権の登録を受けている建設機械については、その登録がある間は、なお、従前の例による。
With regard to the construction machinery prescribed in paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism may not carry out the stamping under Article 4 until permanent cancellation of registration under Article 15 of the Road Transport Vehicle Act, provisional cancellation of registration for export under Article 15-2, paragraph (2) of that Act, or temporary cancellation of registration based on an application under Article 16, paragraph (1) of that Act has been made.
国土交通大臣は、附則第四項に規定する建設機械については、道路運送車両法第十五条の規定による永久抹消登録、同法第十五条の二第二項の規定による輸出抹消仮登録又は同法第十六条第一項の申請に基づく一時抹消登録をするまでは、第四条の規定による打刻をすることができない。
