Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 75, paragraph (7), Article 75-2, paragraph (4) and Article 75-3, paragraph (5), and the provisions of the following Article come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日から施行する。ただし、第七十五条第七項、第七十五条の二第四項及び第七十五条の三第五項の改正規定並びに次条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Delegation to Cabinet Order
第二条（政令への委任）
Transitional measures necessary in connection with the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Review
第三条（検討）
When five years have elapsed after the enforcement of this Act, the Government is to review the state of enforcement of the Road Transport Vehicle Act as amended by this Act and, if it finds it necessary, take the necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、この法律による改正後の道路運送車両法の施行の状況について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
