第六条
A person who, before this Act comes into effect, was dismissed from the post of chief inspector by an order under the provisions of Article 88 of the Former Act and for whom two years have not elapsed from the date of dismissal may not become a light motor vehicle inspector or a motor vehicle inspector, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 76-32, paragraph (5) and Article 94-4, paragraph (5) of the New Act.
この法律の施行前に旧法第八十八条の規定による命令により検査主任者の職を解任され、解任の日から二年を経過しない者は、新法第七十六条の三十二第五項及び第九十四条の四第五項の規定にかかわらず、軽自動車検査員及び自動車検査員となることができない。
