附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 61, paragraph (2) (limited to the part pertaining to item (i)) of the Road Transport Vehicle Act after the amendment apply to a motor vehicle for which a motor vehicle inspection certificate has been issued for the first time, on or after the day this Act comes into effect, pursuant to the provisions of Article 60, paragraph (1) or Article 71, paragraph (4) of that Act.
改正後の道路運送車両法第六十一条第二項（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、この法律の施行の日以後に初めて同法第六十条第一項又は第七十一条第四項の規定により自動車検査証の交付を受けた自動車について適用する。
