Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on January 6, 2001; provided, however, that the provisions of Articles 8 and 9 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year and nine months from that day.
この法律は、平成十三年一月六日から施行する。ただし、附則第八条及び第九条の規定は、同日から起算して一年九月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
