第二条（道路交通取締法等の廃止）
The Road Traffic Control Act (Act No. 130 of 1947; hereinafter referred to as the "Former Act") and the Order for Enforcement of the Road Traffic Control Act (Cabinet Order No. 261 of 1953; hereinafter referred to as the "Former Order") are hereby repealed.
道路交通取締法（昭和二十二年法律第百三十号。以下「旧法」という。）及び道路交通取締法施行令（昭和二十八年政令第二百六十一号。以下「旧令」という。）は、廃止する。
