第一条（施行期日）
This Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act") comes into force within six months of its promulgation, on the date that Cabinet Order prescribes.
この法律（以下「新法」という。）は、公布の日から起算して六月をこえない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
