第二条（経過措置）
With regard to the execution of the following fines or petty fines (including the execution of detention in a workhouse), the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 18 of the Penal Code as amended by Article 1:
次に掲げる罰金又は科料の執行（労役場留置の執行を含む。）については、第一条の規定による改正後の刑法第十八条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
a fine or petty fine imposed for an act committed before this Act comes into effect;
この法律の施行前にした行為について科せられた罰金又は科料
in the case where the crimes punished as crimes for consolidated punishment pursuant to the provision of paragraph (2) of Article 48 of the Penal Code include crimes committed before this Act comes into effect and crimes committed after it comes into effect, a fine imposed for the acts constituting those crimes.
刑法第四十八条第二項の規定により併合罪として処断された罪にこの法律の施行前に犯したものと施行後に犯したものがある場合において、これらの罪に当たる行為について科せられた罰金
