Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures

①The provisions of Article 6-2, paragraph (2) (limited to the portion relating to item (ii)) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 apply to the suspension of payment of the disability basic pension under Article 30-4 of the National Pension Act (Act No. 141 of 1959) for a period in or after October 2021.

②The provisions of Article 6-12, paragraph (2) (limited to the portion relating to item (ii)) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 apply to the premiums prescribed in Article 87, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act for a period on or after the month following the month in 2021 specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 90, paragraph (1), item (i) of the National Pension Act, and to the dispositions for arrears and other dispositions prescribed in Article 109-5, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act for a period on or after the month following the month in that year specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 11-10, item (iii) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act.
