The employees specified by Cabinet Order under Article 77 of the Act are the following persons:
法第七十七条の政令で定める職員は、次に掲げる者とする。
The Administrative Vice-Minister, the Deputy Minister for Health, Labour and Welfare, the Director-General of the Minister's Secretariat, the Senior Deputy Director-General prescribed in Article 18, paragraph (2) of the Order on the Organization of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Cabinet Order No. 252 of 2000) (limited to a person specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare), the Deputy Director-General prescribed in paragraph (10) of that Article (limited to a person specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare), the Director of the General Affairs Division of the Minister's Secretariat, the Director-General of the Pension Bureau, and the Director of the General Affairs Division, the Director of the Fund Management Division and the Director of the Actuarial Affairs Division of the Pension Bureau;
事務次官、厚生労働審議官、官房長、厚生労働省組織令（平成十二年政令第二百五十二号）第十八条第二項に規定する総括審議官（厚生労働省令で定める者に限る。）、同条第十項に規定する審議官（厚生労働省令で定める者に限る。）、大臣官房総務課長、年金局長並びに年金局総務課長、資金運用課長及び数理課長
In addition to the persons listed in the preceding item, an employee engaged in the administrative affairs relating to the investment of the reserve fund prescribed in Article 75 of the Act who is designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
