Article 4-4-3Method of Calculating the Total Number of Public Pension Insured Persons
第四条の四の三（公的年金被保険者総数の算定方法）
The total number of public pension insured persons prescribed in Article 27-4, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Act is the number obtained by dividing the sum of the following numbers by 12:
法第二十七条の四第一項第一号に規定する公的年金被保険者総数は、次に掲げる数を合算した数を十二で除して得た数とする。
The total of the number of category 1 insured persons (excluding insured persons under the former Act) on the last day of each month of each fiscal year;
The total of the number of insured persons under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act on the last day of each month of each fiscal year;
各年度の各月の末日における厚生年金保険法の被保険者の数の総数
The total of the number of category 3 insured persons on the last day of each month of each fiscal year.
