Supplementary Provisions, Article 6
第六条
The provisions of Article 63-4, paragraph (2) of the New Act (including where applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 63-3, paragraph (2) of the New Act; hereinafter the same applies in this paragraph) apply to the business report prescribed in Article 63-4, paragraph (2) of the New Act for a business year commencing on or after the effective date.
新法第六十三条の四第二項（新法第六十三条の三第二項において準用する場合を含む。以下この項において同じ。）の規定は、施行日以後に開始する事業年度に係る新法第六十三条の四第二項に規定する事業報告書について適用する。
