Supplementary Provisions, Article 4
第四条
The provisions of Article 46-3 of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 60-6 of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act apply to the business report under paragraph (1) of that Article for the business year prescribed in that paragraph that ends on or after the effective date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the business report under Article 46-3, paragraph (1) of the Former Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 60-6 of the Former Financial Instruments and Exchange Act for the fiscal year (meaning the period from April 1 to March 31 of the following year; the same applies in the following paragraph) that includes the day preceding the first day of that business year.
新金融商品取引法第六十条の六において準用する新金融商品取引法第四十六条の三の規定は、施行日以後に終了する同条第一項に規定する事業年度に係る同項の事業報告書について適用し、当該事業年度の開始日の前日の属する年度（四月一日から翌年三月三十一日までの期間をいう。次項において同じ。）に係る旧金融商品取引法第六十条の六において準用する旧金融商品取引法第四十六条の三第一項の事業報告書については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 49-3 of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 60-6 of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act apply to the documents and written materials prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article for the business year prescribed in that paragraph that ends on or after the effective date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the documents and written materials prescribed in Article 49-3, paragraph (1) of the Former Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 60-6 of the Former Financial Instruments and Exchange Act for the fiscal year that includes the day preceding the first day of that business year.
